Rates refer to the apartment and are per day.
Check-in is between 15.00 and 19.00 and check-out by 10.00.

The rates include the consumption of electricity, water and gas; bed, bathroom and kitchen linen with weekly change and final cleaning of the apartment; use of the swimming pool and wifi.
The rate does not include the city tax.
The rate does not include, in case of use, the heating to be paid according to consumption.
